I MADE IT HOME!

I have been spending a lot of time with family, but I was fortunate enough to go to a Shane and Shane concert (www.shaneandshane.com to hear some of their music) at Drury Univserity last night. They are an awesome band if you are searching for new music to listen to.

Before I go to Korea on September 15, I plan on spending as much time with family as I can. I hope to see some friends also, but mostly family time.

I am also trying to discipline myself more to get ready for my Mission Trip. The one thing that scares me the most is that I would lead others astray because I know that teachers will be judged more harshly...If you all would designate 1 day a week to pray for me, I would APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH! I will be praying for all of you also!

Again, thank you for all of the prayers and for your financial support.

Here are some pictures of where I will be living (mostly in the ENM building) and working (mostly on the campus of Korea University) next year:

Just some pictures of the campus of Korea University I took this summer, right across the street from ENM. 40,000 students attend and I'm told that only 25% are Christians.

This is what you see walking out of the University through the main gate...

And walking in through the main gate, past the fountain is this rather large academic building

Some other academic building

The Library

A good place to spread the gospel...it's a nice courtyard in the middle of the University

This is where I will be eating and sleeping. ENMworld.org if any of you were trying to see what that website in the picture was

Here is what my actual room will look like. Kind of reminds of Bancroft Hall...I think it's because of the closets. But 4 to 8 people sleep in one of these rooms. We eat, sleep, clean, etc, together here. There are 3 identical rooms and a kitchen and restroom on this floor. It is only for the brothers of ENM. The sisters of ENM occupy the 3 floors above us.

I didn't take a picture of the chapel or our study rooms, but those are also in the building.

Currently my mission team, Tiger Team B is in Japan spreading the Gospel. I hope to join them on their next mission abroad, but in the mean time I will be working hard to spread the Gospel on the campus.

Well, if you read down this far, great...currently I am still at the Academy out-processing, so if you would like to talk or have a Bible Study or have ANY questions, please stop by!

This is going to be my blog site for my Mission Trip to Korea.

Right now I am still in the out-processing stages at the Naval Academy...
